weird, she had only one leg

of two pair
3. That could outrun Old Peg.
She was some kinda fast.
4. Folks came to see her from
both far and near
5. And the miscalculation
that cost her her life
1. I’d saddle her up and away
we would go
2. It was a defect at birth
from causes unknown;
3. I’d rope’em quick when Old
Peg run’em down;
4. When they all stood and
cheered her, Old Peg was so proud;
5. When she did her last
backflip, my poor darling Peg

3. Then she’d do a backflip,

winked at the crowd
